How to Get Pseudo
Shirley Watts is the supplier for pseudo, and she’s unlocked with the Westville area once you reach a high enough rank. However, you’ll need to increase your relationship with one of her connections before you’ll be given her number and gain the ability to start purchasing from her. When you unlock Westville, you can pick up a new group of customers, too. Among them areMeg Cooley and Jerry Montero, who are both connected to Shirley. Unlock them and sell to them to increase your reputation, and once you’re friendly with Meg or Jerry, they’ll tell you about Shirley, which unlocks her in your contacts.
From here, you can order pseudo from Shirley in limited amounts, and thenpick them up from the specified dead drop. As you increase your reputation with her, Shirley gives you the choice to meet up with her to purchase pseudo, which removes the limit and lets you buy as much as you can carry. You’ll also notice during your first order that she sells three grades of pseudo, but the regular and high-quality versions are unlocked after you reach certain ranks.
How to Use Pseudo
To use pseudo, you need the lab station and oven, plus ingredients to complete the recipe, which is phosphorus and acid. The ingredients you can purchase at the warehouse when it’s open at night, along with both the station and oven that you need. It’s all quite pricey at first, so you want to have a few thousand in cash on you when you go make the purchases.
When you have your new items set up, use the lab station first and craft the only recipe you have available at the start, then you’ll use your output in the oven as its input. From here, wait until the oven is done, take your output, smash it, and package the pieces to sell.
As you unlock higher qualities of pseudo, the quality of your end product improves, too. However, the lab and oven both take time to craft your products, which gives you time to keep growing plants and selling what you have prepared to keep gaining experience and money in Schedule 1.
