Finding them is the hard part, as they’re neatly tucked away in corners of the map you wouldn’t expect to see. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4: Pinball Guide
Shrink down to miniature size and skate around a very active and deadly pinball machine.
The first Panda Plushie is one of the harder ones to track down, especially for the first level of the third game. All the way at the other end of the Foundry where the molten bucket is, the panda can be found on the second level. To get there, you can either use the ramps below or take the walkways above and grind up there. The latter is a little harder, but a little more reliant if you don’t have enough gauge to get enough speed. The panda is found in the corner.

One of the easiest pandas to find, but one that’s easily overlooked. From the start of the Canada level, immediately turn around and head into the small park area next to the main skate park. This is the one with the large tree in the middle surrounded by ramps. All you need to do is hop up next to the tree and the panda will be sitting at its base.
For the Rio level, at the start of the level, immediately turn to the right. You need to get out of the skate park and across the road. Once you’ve hit the road, you’ll see a small fountain in the corner of the map. Head there and the panda will be sitting on the edge of the small planter next to the bench.

This is one of the trickier pandas to be found. First off, you will need to complete the Slim Man quest to unlock the back of the haunted house. Once that’s done. You will need to transfer over the small ramp into the backyard. Once you’ve done this, you can find the panda is the corner of the backyard full of ramps next to a tree. You will need to get some height and grind the edge to obtain it.
For the Airport level, you will need to travel all the way down to the departure section. If you’re doing the “Get the Tickets to Your Skate Buddy” quest, you will be able to get it almost immediately after. Once you’ve gotten down to C2, destination Tokyo, skate up the terminal ramp and destroy the TV above. Come back up and transfer to the back of the TV to find the panda.

Skater Island
For this panda, it’s hidden in plain sight. It’s not a hard one to get to like a number of them, but instead it’s on the sandy plains outside. From the start, head outside to the pirate ship, and you’ll notice the small downed ship to the left. Behind this, directly along the sea, you will find the panda chilling in the sun.
Los Angeles
The panda in Los Angeles is one easily overlooked. From the start of the level, head down to the right until you hit the glass building behind the fountain. Crash through to the other side and then immediately take the ramp up to the second level. You will notice there will be two holes in the ground that act as ramps. Head down and in-between the two ramps will be the panda.
Once this hole has opened up, head on through to find a series of ramps and halfpipes. From the start of this new location, the panda can be found directly below you. It’s under the first drop, so all you need to do is maneuver around and grind the edge.

Cruise Ship
Last but not least, for the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3, the panda on this level is down to your right from where you start. You will need to find the Stunt Gauntlet ramp and hop up to the second level. Once up here, grind along the planter to the left to find the panda all the way near the end.
The first level of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4, the panda, can be found by going up to the second level of the garage and grinding the wire that goes towards where you first started. Halfway there, you will need to jump off onto a white building to the right.

San Francisco
At the other end of the level there will be warehouse Pier 12. Take one of the ramps up to the roof of the pier and the little panda will be in-between the two windows.
Movie Studio
From the start of the level, take notice of the green screen with the large spaceship. Head up to the bowl below and then grind the wire in the corner. Grind it to get to the platform across from the spaceship where the panda will be located.
The panda is located on the stack across from you when you start the level. to get there, you will need to get to the roof of the prison. From the beginning, head through the doorway to the left, and then across from when you teleport, and then to the right when you get up the entrance. On the roof, head to the other side of the roof and grind the pipe until you get the stack.
All the way across the park there will be the pirate ship. To the right of the pirate ship, there will be a giant slide and a large red bucket on the top of a structure. You will need to go up to the left of the slide, hop up onto the plank and make your way behind the structure with the red bucket to find the panda on the ledge.
Similar to the panda in the Skater Island level, this one is hidden in plain sight. Head behind the large halfpipe in the back of Kona and find a large garbage bin next to a set of ramps. Behind the garbage will be our little man.
One of the easier to miss pandas, mainly because the area we’re going to is so rarely used. From the start, head directly behind you to the small loading dock with the walkway that moves up and down. There are a number of ramps back here, along with a stat point. You will need to get to the top of the main structure next to the crane where the panda will be sitting and waiting patiently in front of a door.
A pretty straightforward panda location, this little guy can be found in the basement garage. Head down, and he’s right next to a bin and a sign displaying the cost of parking.
This little panda is in the wrong spot for the zoo. He is located just above the lion’s enclosure, far to the right of where you start the level. This is past the giraffe exhibit and the small building with the clock on the top.
Last but not least, the final panda that can be found in the Pinball level is similarly hidden in plain sight. This is very close to the beginning of the level. After going across the first set of bars with a zombie crosswalk, head up the platform to the left and behind the bulletin board will be the panda.
