Just like in Resident Evil 4 remake, Separate Ways also has Requests. These Requests, if completed, can reward you with some nice Spinels, so don’t ignore them! You may get ones that require you to shootBlue Medallions, or easier ones like this one. I found this request pretty easy to complete, if you know where to look. In Chapter 5, Ada gets a Request to deal with a certain fish. Let’s dive into where you can find this Lord of the Waterway in Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways.
How to complete Lord of the Waterway Request in RE4 Separate Ways
Once you make it to the Waterway section of Chapter 5, you’ll find this Request. It simply asks that you catch whatever is lurking in the waters. Where you’ll find the Lord of the Waterway in Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways isdeep within Gregorio’s Waterway after draining the water.
First, head to thewheel that can drain the water. You’ll find this room by leaving the Merchant’s room, turning left, and heading along this path around the Waterway into the room ahead. After turning the wheel, hop into the Waterwayby the openings with the red marks left by Luis.

Now, you’ll need to start heading through the Waterway.Beware of those nasty flying insects, as they like to swim in the waters and pop up to scare you. You’ll notice them by the ripples in the water, and their glowing eyes.
This area’s pretty dark, but if you head to the area marked on this map, you should find the Lord of the Waterway. It’s alsoeasy to spot if you use your Biosensor Scope, which can find the large fish in infrared light. Once you spot it swimming around, shoot it, and you may pick it up. Now you can head back to the Merchant and sell it toreceive eight Spinels as a reward! It’s a super easy request for a decent amount of Spinels.
