In thisPath of Exile 2article, we will be taking a look at how to put together theTitanic Berserker Warrior buildfor you to use to get into thelate-game or end-gameof the game. Path of Exile has become notorious for the sheer amount of skills and build possibilities available in the game, and the sequel follows suit with an extensive skill tree and a multitude of skill gems. This guide is here to help you get through all that and lay out a path for you to follow as you reach the end of the campaign and prepare for your cruel playthroughs or endgame.

Introduction

TheTitanic Berserkeris a Warrior build taking advantage of ourstrength to do high damage with your regular strikes without needing to rely on multiple skills. This build focuses on quickly taking down enemies with powerful strikes and blows, maximizing the damage you can deal with your maces as much as possible.

Starter Class

Firstly, for this build, our base starter class istheWarrior class, which is one among the seven available for now at the time of making this guide.

And on the expansive skill tree, the Warrior class will start on thesouthwest side. This side of the skill tree consists mainly of passives related toarmor, stun buildup, totems, and flat melee damage, and for this particular build, we will be focusing on getting nodes thatincrease our melee damagein order to maximize our damage output.

Passive Skills

For the passive skill tree, this build is relatively straightforward as we will be focusing mainly down thesouthwestern part of the tree, emphasizing mainly increasing our melee damage.

We will be taking nodes such asBrutal and Smashalong the way, increasing our damage and stun buildup.

We will be taking all the nodes from one of the earliertwo-handed weapon damage skill groupsthat we come across, as this will increase our damage when using two-handed weapons by up to100%. If you prefer using one-handed weapons, you can take the skill group on the opposite side, which will give50% increased damagein addition to an increase in attack speed when using one-handed weapons.

After this skill group, we will continue along the axis until we reach the outer ring of the skill tree and initially work our way towards theGiant’s Blood keystone node.

This node will allow us towield two-handed weapons using only one hand, making it possible to dual wield two-handed maces that can deal significantly higher damage than one-handed maces.

Following this, we will be investing our points in a branch that will increase our strength value by going for theBrute Strength node.

This branch will increase our strength attribute by a total of48while also increasing our damage by1% for every 15 points in our strength attribute, enabling this build to scale easily into the late and end-game.

The next group of skills will greatly increase the damage we do with this build, as they will increase the damage we deal withmace weapons.

In addition to the increase in damage, it will allow you to causeaftershockswhen using your mace skills, helping you with mapping and clearing mobs as you progress through the game.

Your path down the skill tree will mostly be a straight shot down the southwestern branch and will focus mainly on taking nodes that increase our melee damage.

In addition to the above-mentioned skill groups, we can also work towards nodes that give usarmoror give us morerage, which will help us scale into the late game.

For this build, we will go with theTitan ascendancyfor the Warrior.

This is because we’re takingColossal Capacity, which will give us an additional20 slots, increasing our carrying capacity, and theHulking Form node, which increases the effect of small passive nodes that give us attributes, greatly increasing our strength value from all the attribute nodes we have taken in our passive tree.

Active Skills Setups

For the active skills for this build, we will be focusing mainly on skills that will use ourmace weapon.

The first of the skills we will be using is theRolling Slam, which will perform two strikes that will both damage and cause a lot of stun buildup. Although this skill by itself does not cover a huge area, it is still great for cleaning out concentrated groups of enemies.

The next main skill that we will be using a lot isArmour Breaker.

This skill is used mainly tobreak down the armor of enemies quicklyand will benefit from all the armor-breaking nodes we are using for our passives. It is also quite fast and can be easily used to keep the armor broken as you weave it in between your strikes and other skills when you’re facing off against bosses.

Owing to the high stun buildup of the mace weapon and the Rolling Slam skill, you will be stunning enemies quite often. After stunning an enemy, there is a combo of two skills that you’re able to quickly follow up with to deal with enemies: theBone Shatterfollowed byPerfect Strike.

The Bone Shatteris perfect for mapping and dealing with groups of mobs, as the shockwaves will allow you to damage whole groups quite readily, whilePerfect Strikeis amazing for dealing huge amounts of damage within a short time to a stunned elite enemy or boss.

Althoughthe Perfect Strikecan deal huge amounts of damage, the reason I recommend waiting to use it after you’ve stunned enemies is because this is achanneling attack. You will take some time between each swing, and in the chaotic boss fight or when facing off against huge mobs, the one or two seconds it takes to channel can quickly lead to your demise.

The next skill that we will be using will give us a ranged option, and this is theMolten Blast skill, which allows us to fire off molten rock projectiles that will deal fire damage at our targets.

There will not be a lot of situations where we will be using this skill frequently, but it does give this build a ranged option to use, which is really helpful against some bosses.

The next core skill of this build is theLeap Slam, as this skill will give youmobilityin addition to dealing damage as you jump up and slam down, dealing area damage and more against armor-broken enemies.

This skill can also be used to jump out of the way of huge boss attacks, giving you more ways to either chase enemies or create some distance depending on the situation.

So, the most common rotation of skills when you are engaging will beLeap Slam, Rolling Slam, with Armour Break weaved in between, followed by Bone Shatter and Perfect Strike. This particular rotation will allow you to deal massive damage, specifically against bosses, allowing you to take them down fast.

Spirit Gems and Skills

For this build, there are two options for Spirit skills, which are a specific set of skills that use Spirit as a resource to equip and use.

The first is theHerald of Ash,and this persistent buff will cause an explosion that ignites every enemy in range whenever you overkill an enemy.

Owing to the massive amount of strength we have and the damage scaling with the attribute, we can overkill mobs of enemies easily.

The other useful Spirit skill is theTime of Need skill.

This is an aura-type skill that will restore life and heal from curses and ailments at regular intervals, which is really great for survivability when using this build, as we have little in ways of bolstering our survivability.

Support Gems

With this build, we will be focusing on maximizing the damage of our mace strikes and focusing on adding more effects onto our slams.

For our normal mace strikes, we will put inLacerate,Bloodlust, andRagesupport stones.

The Lacerate support stone will give us an increased chance to inflict bleed with our normal strikes, and thenBloodlustwill allow you to deal even more damage against these enemies. Having the Rage support stone on your most commonly used skill or attack will allow you to accumulate rage more easily, granting increased attack damage, attack speed, and movement speed.

For our Rolling Slam skill, we will be using theJagged Ground stone, as it will allow us to slow down our enemies when we land our slams, giving us more room to reposition as the enemies are slowed.

Since we will be using Rolling Slam quite often, having theOverpowersupport stone will allow us to build up stun more easily on enemies, making it easier to follow up with Bone Shatter and Perfect Strike.

For the Bone Shatter skill, using the support gemImpact Shockwavereally helps, as it increases the shockwave released from the heavy stun when using the skill.

The damage is further complemented by using theExecutesupport gem as well with the Bone Shatter skill, as their health will be low when their stun bar has been built up by all your other spells.

For the Armour Break skill, one of the support gems we will be using will be theBreak Enduranceskill, as we will be breaking armor a lot with this build, and this will allow us to gainEndurance Charges, which will help with our survivability.

Another great support gem that works really well with this skill is theMartial Tempogem, as it will increase the attack speed of any skill that you have it equipped on.

With our Perfect Strike skill, we will be slotting in theWindow of Opportunityand the Burgeonsupport gems.

The Window of Opportunitywill shorten the time it takes for ourPerfect Striketo reach the optimal channeled state, andthe Burgeonsupport gem will increase the damage it deals by up to40%depending on the time channeled when usingthe Perfect Strike.

For our Leap Slam skill, we will be using theUnabating andFist of Warsupport gems.

The Unabatingsupport gem will increase your armor by25%while you are up in the air, increasing the effectiveness of using the skill as an escape tool.

The Fist of Wargem will increase the damage you can deal withthe Leap Slamby ancestrally boosting the skill, which will boost the damage by30%and area of effect by20% every 6 seconds, making it a great tool for jumping into a mob of enemies and quickly clearing them out.

For our Spirit gem skills, with the Herald of Ash, the support gemsMagnified EffectandEternal Flamewill increase the effectiveness of the passive.

The Magnified Effectsupport gem will increase the area of effect of the explosions from your overkills, and theEternal Flamesupport gem will increase the ignite duration on the enemies, helping with clearing out mobs.

With our Time of Need Spirit gem skill, we will be using theVitalityandFast Forwardsupport gems.

The Vitalitygem will increase the healing from the skill, as it will also regenerate1% of our maximum healthin addition to the recovery provided by the skill itself.

The Fast Forwardsupport gem will shorten the duration between each recovery triggered by the skill, helping with our sustainability as we throw ourselves into the mobs of enemies.

Gear and Equipment

The build prioritizes ahigh-physical-damage two-handed maceand armor-based gear withlife, resistances, and strength.

Rare items with+1 to melee skills or increased stun duration modifierswill really help when putting this build together, as they will reinforce the efficiency of this build. Also, gear that gives additional strength attributes and armor will help this build to scale comfortably into the end-game without running into trouble or falling off.

Leveling Guide

When going through the story and you are leveling, you can easily clean mobs going in withLeap Slam and then a follow-up with a Rolling Slam, afterwards finishing off with Bone Shatter.

This combo will allow you to go through most of the mobs without pressure during your playthrough as long as you don’t put yourself into a corner and get surrounded by an overwhelming number.

Path of Exile 2 The Ancestral Artillerist build

In this article, we’ll be taking a look at how to put together The Ancestral Artillerist build for getting into the endgame

Putting nodes intostun buildup and area of attackhelps, as it will enable you to deal with more enemies more easily, as it will allow you to heavily stun using Bone Shatter more easily. As you level up, you can either start investing into some armor nodes or life leech to provide some survivability.

One important thing to note is that in addition to the support gems I mentioned above, this build can benefit from some moreDexterity support gems, and it will help if you’ve put some attribute points into Dexterity.

Mapping and Bossing

Although this build performs well in both bossing and mapping, dealing with bosses can be a challenge, being a melee class requiring you to be more mindful of the boss’s attacks. You will need totime your skills more carefully between the attacks and ensure to study their attack patterns, as this will be the difference between failure and success when going up against bosses.

When selecting maps in the endgame, it is important to avoid modifiers such asreduced Warcry cooldown recoveryandphysical damage reflection, as these can significantly hinder the build’s core mechanics or pose lethal risk.

Endgame Scaling and Optimization

Endgame scaling is enhanced throughcluster jewels that increase Armor Value, Area of Attack, and Attack Damage. The build has great options to scale by investing into eitherWarcries or Rageand benefits fromhigh-Strength gearto further boost life and melee damage.

This build performs well inSSF and Hardcore, thanks to its high damage and high survivability due to the high armor value. It isnot reliant on expensive uniquesand offers great scaling into the end-game.

So, this wraps up my guide for theTitanic Berserker Warrior build guide for Path of Exile 2. I hope you found this guide helpful, and if you have any suggestions or tips, feel free to leave them in the comment section.
