Outside The Dragon Temple

Before we do anything, first you’ll need to create a Potion of Blight to destroy the Tree blocking your way into the temple. To do this you’ll need to complete theAncestral Solution Side Quest. Once you have the Potion needed, you’re able to carry on with the main quest.

When ready, head back to the Gauntlet Runner and travel to the Dragon Temple. Make your way to the entrance where the tree is and use the Potion of Blight on it to start a fight with a Treebeast Alento.

Utilize the above team with these move sets to beat Treebeast Alento quickly. The Treebeast itself should wither quickly as long as you follow along with the strategy. If the battle prolongs itself, Treebeast Alento will use Soul Cry, letting him gain 2 additional turns where it will then Heal itself, use concentrate to raise its attack and then finally, use Pollent Attack, a move that hits the whole party.

Dragon Temple

After making your way inside, you’ll notice blue sparkling items on the ground. Collect all the items and fight all the monsters, clearing out the area and make your way further into the temple.

Some of these sparkling items will be the Polar Stones needed for the side questA Guiding Gift.

Labyrinthine Path

The next area is a dark, fog-emitting area with a slight trick to it. Walking towards and into the fog will have you transported back to the beginning of this area. While navigating this maze, you will have to fend off Gargoyles and Spectres, as well. Panning the camera upwards will reveal a gold line along the ceiling of these ruins, guiding you on the right path, so just follow along.

Once you reach the center after following the path, enter through the door and you’ll meet the PriestessEupha. After the scenes play out, you’re able to save and continue down the stairs, either battling or dodging the birds that pop out along the way until you reach the bottom.

Drakongrace Shinjuku - Bounty Of Relics

After heading through the door and watching the scenes play out, you’ll be inDrakongrace Shinjuku.

This portion of the Dungeon is quite long, with only two Magla Hollows throughout this stretch. It is best to use archetypes that conserve or restore MP if you plan to clear in a day.

Follow the path without any grass to reach your first Magla Hollow, make a save and then continue. Make sure to go into the room next door and grab the Alabaster Mail from the chest there. The easiest way to get through this area is to follow the grassless path. Before heading through the door to the next area, walk past the first set of elevators and go around the corner and go down the stairs, open the chest and battle the Mimic to get aLightning Glaive.

Continue down the path, dodging the Humans that only move when you move. You’ll make your way to a set of elevators that aren’t working right now. Turn and head up north, walking all the way around the two rooms, dodging the Human walking the path and going into the room on the left and open the treasure chest to get aSerene Fist.

Head back to the elevators and watch the cut-scene play out. Once it finishes, you can explore the rest of the area fighting the enemies or just head straight down to the next area behind the elevators and down the stairs.

Keep these elevators in mind. You will need to use these if you want to save at any point later.

The Steel Rendezvous

Upon heading down, you’ll have two options. Make your way down the left-side path, collecting the blue sparkle and the end of the hall. Make your way back to the start and now go around the right side, picking up any items along the way.

You’ll come across a switch for the large metal gate, pull it and open the gate. Make your way down the path before coming across another Human with a gate behind it. Pull the switch and open the gate, run to the open area in the middle of the patch of grass and move around so that the Human passes you and run past it and down the hallway to a treasure chest withChef’s Mittsin it. Head back and lock the Human behind the gate on the side that the chest was on, or you’re able to just leave it be and carry on.

Carry on down the path, until you open a door being met by two different large metal gates.Ignore the one to the north. Open the gate to the south and follow the path there until you come to another patch of grass with a Human roaming it. Dodge the Human and grab the item above it and carry on. Follow through the door and take a right. Continue following the path until the split and take another right.

Explore this area to find a piece of lore about Drakongrace Shinjuku and aFire Mist Katana. Once finished, head back the way you entered this area and make your way along the hallway, dodging more Humans, and head down the stairs to the next area.

Ghost Town Of Dreams

We’ve now entered the tougher, more scary part of Drakongrace Shinjuku. On top of more Humans roaming around, this area adds new tanky enemies as well as Dark Magla Crystals. Make your way through the pathway, picking up any blue sparkling items you come across.

Passing by one of the elevators that will take you back to the beginning, you will stumble across two Dark Magla Crystals and the enemies they spawn. Destroy them and any enemies nearby. Once finished here, push on, grabbing any items on the way.

Continue on down the path and take a left, into the red-ish patch of grass that the Humans usually roam in and pull the switch at the end. Once the gate opens, move around so you can run behind where the Human was to get another piece of lore about Drakongrace Shinjuku and Drakadios.

Before heading through the gate you opened, make your way east through the door and navigate your way through here, destroying more Dark Magla Crystals and collecting what you can, including another piece of lore about Drakongrace Shinjuku.

Head back and navigate your way through the gate that just opened. Follow the path, looting any items you may come across in this area. Head over to where thePink Nodesare on your map, towards the Ear Humans. There will be two of them walking in a circle. Just find a spot to squeeze in the middle of them both and sneak your way to the next area and flip the switch.

Head inside and make your way around to another switch. Pull it and open up the gate. Walk through the opening and pull the other switch. Now, with the Ear Human facing you, move in the opposite direction. Run along until you reach a switch again and pull it to open the gate for you and run through to the area the Human was blocking.

Run along these corridors, dealing with the enemies and gathering blue sparkling items. You’ll eventually make your way to another Ear Human walking in a circle. Squeeze behind him and follow behind it to get to a switch. Flip it, closing the gate in front of you and opening the one back around the corner. You’ll have enough time to make your way back there before it can catch you. Finish up here by grabbing any blue sparkling items and then head up the stairs.

Back To Steel Rendezvous

Now, in the south-west part of the map of The Steel Rendezvous, follow along the path your map has laid out for you. Run straight across and navigate the corridors to find a treasure chest with theStar White Maskin it. You can also run around to the opposite way from where the chest was for more lore on Drakongrace Shinjuku.

Head back, turn the corner and take out the Dark Magla Crystal and head through the door. Make your way through this area until you reach another Ear Human. Wait until it goes past the dots on your map and then flip the switch on it and trap it.

If you want the blue sparkling item that’s back there, you’re able to backtrack here once we get rid of all the Ear Human projections.

Head out the gate and follow along the path, past the elevator and ignore the Ear Human running up and down the corridor. Take the path without the Ear Human in it to the stairs.

Back To A Bounty Of Relics

Now at the South-East end of the map for A Bounty of Relics, follow along the pathway laid out for you again. Take the long way around, gathering blue sparkling items before wrapping around the room with a treasure chest containing an All-In Abacus for theMerchantArchetype.

In the room beside this one, there is a yellow Elementa and a piece of lore about Drakongrace Shinjuku. Finish up here and head on out through the doors across from where you opened the chest and watch the scene that plays.

Follow along the trail and pull the switch to open up a shortcut to the beginning of this part of the dungeon. Turn back and head through the doors and let the scene play out.

Head back out and through the gate to the elevator markedII.A scene will play and reveal the real Ear Human. Start chasing it down and block it off. Flip the first switch you pass on the right side, then cut across and flip the switch on the left. Then chase it all the way down to the bottom and flip the last switch. Finally, follow it all the way back up until you’ve cornered it, initiating a fight againstHomo Flaemo.

This is less of a boss and a more strong normal enemy. It’s weak to electric elemental attacks, so focus on usingKanderawithProtagonistand lowering its defense with Strohl. Following the same method you did earlier with the tree guarding the entrance to the temple.Once defeated, all other Ear Humans disappear, meaning if you missed anything, now is the time to double back.

Now thatHomo Flaemohas been dealt with, you may make your way back up to Bounty of Relics and enter the room that was previously filled with Ear Humans. When here, there’s a room with a Coddled Choker in it. Head to the next room over and you can flip the switch and turn on the elevator marked III. Take the path around both of these rooms and grab any blue sparkling items you can. With that finished, you can go take the elevator markedIIIdown to the final area.

The Moment Of Epiphany

After taking the elevator markedIII,we made it to The Moment of Epiphany, the final area of the Dragon Palace Dungeon, before obtaining Drakadios. Your route throughout this area will be fairly straightforward. Follow the map and pick up items when you may. Continue towards the south-east part of the map and you’ll meet your first fork-in-the-road. Go left and follow the path until you see a door. Go inside for two pieces of lore on Drakograce Shinjuku and a Mimic Chest with a Sumptuous Magla Feast.

Continue the path towards your destination, coming up to a gate with a switch and pull it. You are now in a wide, open space with multiple Dark Magla Crystals and strong enemies. Destroy the crystals while avoiding being hit. Once everything is destroyed, before heading straight up, go to the top right of this area and pull the switch to open up the gate.

From here, follow along the path to the very top right corner of the map, where there is another piece of lore for Drakograce Shinjuku and a treasure chest with Hare Breeches. Leave and continue looping around the other side.

Once you reach the end of the topside, open the door to a room with another piece of lore about Drakograce Shinjuku and a treasure chest with Tortoise Jambeau. Head out the other door and wrap around collecting any blue sparkling items you find. Follow the maze-like path to the south-west corner of the map for the last piece of Drakograce Shinjuku lore and a Mimic Chest containing a Thrilling Tricorne.

Make your way back to the central room and head through the door at the top for a scene withEuphaand company. After the scene, collect the blue sparkling items on each side and then head down the stairs for another scene. Make your way down the stairs and into the Magla Hollow and save for the upcoming fight.

Boss Battle

Before you actually jump into this fight, you unlockEuphaas a party member, which will be very helpful for this fight.Euphawill also grant you access to theSummonerArchetype. I will be opting to switch outJunahforEuphain this fight.

As you start this fight, you’ll notice there are two options for you to target, Malvirta Drako Eht and Homo Margo. To start, you should be targeting Homo Margo with exclusivelyWind skills. Whether it be Summon Eagle Lion, Cyclone or any Synthesis Skills you may know. Thankfully, Homo Margo goes down pretty easily thanks to the Wind weakness.

If you are using someone with the General archetype, a good skill to use is Frigid Fortress Tactic. It’ll grant an Ice Weakness to the Dragon, helping you out just that much more.

Even with Summon Eagle Lion, Malvirta Dragon Eht can still pack a punch, so remember to heal.

Make sure you’re keeping a good balance of dealing damage and healing yourself and you’ll be fine. As long as you know the strategy and follow along with this guide, you should be able to win with no problem.

After some cut-scenes, you will have completed the Main Quest Obtain Drakadios.
