New trailer for The Outer Worlds shows off life as part of the Halcyon colony, including a look at Terra 2 and more.
New The Outer Worlds Trailer Features Halcyon
The latest trailer shows an advert styled trailer for the Halcyon colony, showing day to day life for the communities that live onTerra 2. It also shows some of the dangers onMonarch, the strange wildlife, weapons and some colourful characters you will meet.
The title while providing an open-world experience will be based ontwo Planets, in theHalcyoncolony. The game also offerscharacter creation, customisation,combatincluding it’s own version of the Fallout VATS system. It will also have a lot of “player choice and consequence” according to the new trailer.

The Outer Worldsis a new single-player first-person sci-fi RPG from Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division. Lost in transit while on a colonist ship bound for the furthest edge of the galaxy, you awake decades later only to find yourself in the midst of a deep conspiracy threatening to destroy the Halcyon colony. As you explore the furthest reaches of space and encounter various factions, all vying for power, the character you decide to become will determine how this player-driven story unfolds. In the corporate equation for the colony, you are the unplanned variable.
The Outer Worldswill arrive on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 25th 2019. The Switch version will arrive later which has yet to be announced exactly when.
