Marvel Rivalsis approaching the highly anticipated and elusive launch of Season One, but NetEase hasn’t been able to keep everything under wraps. Multiple characters have been leaked by data miners over the last few weeks, but now an official promotional visual confirms some of these leaked characters. Things look pretty fantastic for players, as the Fantastic Four headline the cover for Season One of Marvel Rivals.
Fantastic Four Leaked for Marvel Rivals
While the Fantastic Four have been featured in multiple leaks over the past few weeks, we finally have our first look at them, thanks toX0X_LEAK, a very reliable leaker for Marvel Rivals active on X. Earlier today, they shared what appears to be a promotional image for Marvel Rivals Season One featuring Human Torch, The Thing, Invisible Woman, and Mr. Fantastic.

We have taken a screenshot just in case it gets deleted:
Running the text through Google Lens, it says:
This basically confirms the legitimacy of the previous character leaks, and according toX0X_LEAK, Season One is slated forJanuary 10, 2024. This also lines up with the date the current Battle Pass ends.

Leaked Maps and Characters
Additionally, the New York-themed map seems to be a safe bet for Season One as it is featured in the promotional image above. There are plenty of other unreleased maps leaked by the same account including the following:
Though, apart from New York, we’re unsure if these will actually be available during Season One. Similarly, X0X_LEAK has listed the following leaked characters apart from the Fantastic Four that will likely join Marvel Rivals during Season One or later:

For now, the Fantastic Four are basically locked for the first season, and we’re interested to see how many of the characters above join the roster. We doubt all 15 of these will be added in a single season, but it’s nice to see the variety on display.
As always, any leak or rumor should be taken with a grain of salt. We don’t doubt that the image is legit, especially when the art style is consistent with previous promotional materials, but it’s always a good idea to wait for official confirmation.
Season One is still more than a week away from its potential release, and we recommend checking out ourcurrent tier list for all playable heroes in Marvel Rivals.

Ali has been writing about video games for the past six years and is always on the lookout for the next indie game to obsess over and recommend to everyone in sight. When he isn’t spending an unhealthy amount of time in Slay the Spire, he’s probably trying out yet another retro-shooter or playing Dark Souls for the 50th time.
