The boss makes it loud and clear that he doesn’t like either of the brothers nor the others on the Island for making him an outcast. With this being said, the battle will soon begin.

How to Use Luigi Logic
At several points throughout the game, Luigi Logic comes in handy when it comes to solving certain problems. AfterGorumbla’s debris attack, Luigi will spot a nearby statue in the background, which will give him an idea that just might work. Activating Luigi Logic will see Luigi using the tumbler to launch a stone towards Gorumbla. Unfortunately, he will catch it and swing it towards Mario, which can be countered if hit in time. If done correctly, Mario and Luigi will use their hammers to send the rock to Gorumbla, temporarily knocking it out for one to two rounds. Utilize this time to nail it with heavy damage attacks.

Once you’ve defeated Gorumbla, Mario and Luigi will receive200 EXPeach,130 Coinsand aSuper Mushroom. During the next cutscene, Willma joins in to say how Gorumbla, who he calls Auntie, used to hang around her house a long time ago. Gorumbla tries to explain his reasoning by mentioning how no one noticed him, but she refutes it by saying how he could’ve tried to make people happy instead of destroying stuff for attention. In a final move, Willma knocks some sense into Gorumbla by sending him flying far away from Rumbla Island. Speaking of going far away,Shipshape Islandcan now charter onto a new route, which will lead you toFlorall Island.
