Finn Wolfhard and Millie Bobby Brown’s onscreen portrayal of the couple Mike and Elven has acted as a catalyst for the humungous success of the Netflix showStranger Things.

After Millie Bobby Brown’s accusation of the Mike actor being a lousy kisser, Finn Wolfhard finally responded to the claims and doesn’t deny the fact of him not sharing good smooching abilities.

Finn Wolfhard accepts the claim of him being a lousy kisser
While taking theVanity Fairlie detector test in November 2022, Millie Bobby Brown revealed that her onscreen partner Finn Wolfhard isn’t an eleven out of ten when it comes to kissing. Midway through the test when the interviewer got into hard questions, theEnola Holmesactress answered with a straight face about Finn Wolfhard being a lousy kisser and hasn’t improved over the years.
But in anepisode ofThe Drew Barrymore Show,Finn Wolfhard responded to Millie Bobby Brown’s claim and didn’t shy away from the accusations, as he accepted the fact of him being a lousy kisser and clarified that at the time he didn’t know how to approach for his first onscreen kiss and would’ve done the same even if it wasn’t onscreen. He further explained the situation by saying,

“I don’t know, it was one of those things where the first, it’s just an interesting thing when you have to like, my first onscreen kiss was with Millie, but I didn’t know how to approach that in any way, And then, so I just like, almost headbutted her, the romantic way of putting it was that I headbutted her, but I was twelve so, you know.”
It isn’t the first time someone has brought up his lousy kissing skills as the actor himself roasted hisonscreen kissing abilities in 2019, by jokingly saying it appeared like he was eating the actress and the Duffer Brothers were like,“Perfect! He doesn’t know how to kiss. That’s great!”.

Despite sharing a good bond, theStranger Thingsactors deny the claim of them dating each other
Although Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard share an adorable relationship in Netflix’sStranger Thingsseries, and an adorable bond offscreen, the onscreen couple has repeatedly denied any claims of them dating each other and see each other as best friends.
After a working relationship of more than 7 years, Millie Bobby Brown explained that she feels comfortable and safe with him and knows how to work together really well. She expressed her feelings by saying,“It’s in the scripts and we feel comfortable with each other, we feel trusted, we’re in a safe environment, so it’s relatively easy”.

However, the actress at the time seems to be in a committed relationship with theSweetheartsandPeopleTVactor Jake Bongiovi while the actor Finn Wolfhard is currently dating Elsie Richter but seems to be very private about their relationship.
