The Artefact of the Destroyer can be found in the south of the map, in a cave that begins inside of a structure in a deserted village.

The Artefact of the Gatekeeper can be found in a cave in the ravines in the center of the map. The image below is of the entrance of the cave, and although it looks closed-off, it does delve deeper.

How to find the Artefact of the Crag in Ark Survival Ascended
The Artefact of the Crag can be found in a cave in the mountains up north. The image below is the entrance of the cave, squirrelled away:
