The Fortuitous Invitation mechanic inGenshin Impactrequires you to obtain 800 Festive Fever. You’ll acquire this as you complete challenges likeRadiant Sparks,Behind the Scenes,Paper Theater, andVigilance at Sea. You’ll then be able to select one particular fighter from Liyue. The options include Yaoyao, Xiangling, Beidou, Xingqiu, Ningguang, Xinyan, Yunjin, and Yanfei. Because of this, he’s integral in countless team comps and setups that rely heavily on elemental reactions, such as Vaporize, Freeze, Electro-Charged, Bloom, and Hyperbloom.
Option #3: Xiangling
Xiangling is also a good choice, almost comparable to Xingqiu. Her Guoba elemental skill makes her toss a fire-breathing creature, and her Pyronado burst spawns a cyclone that burns hostiles around her. These abilities make her a viable off-field squadmate.
Option #4: Beidou
Similar to the above options, Beidou is another great Fortuitous Invite character inGenshin Impact. She can create Electro-based shields to mitigate damage, while also bursting for AoE/off-field Electro hits. She has amazing potential in Electro-Charged and Superconduct comps.
Other Characters
The other picks in the lineup are also viable. For instance, Yunjin provides buffs for teammates that use normal attacks often, whereas Ningguang creates barriers and fires off Geo projectiles. As for the rest, you might be better off getting them if you don’t have them yet or if you like their design.
