Although these effects don’t affect bosses directly, using them fills the boss' stagger meter. Once the meter is full, the boss will bestaggered, experiencing all 11 Crowd Control effects at once.

Crowd Control Type

Description

Slows movement speed. Repeated chilling can lead to Frozen status. Unstoppable skills end Chill.

Prevents attacking and skill use, reduces visibility. Target can still move.

Causes target to run away from caster. Unstoppable skills cancel Fear.

Prevents moving and attacking. Frozen targets are also Chilled.

Immobilize

Prevents movement but allows attacking. Commonly used by Spiders.

Pushes target backward, briefly stunning them.

Prevents movement and action for a short duration. Unstoppable skills end Knockdown.

Reduces movement speed without preventing attacking. Chill is a form of Slow.

Prevents movement and attacking for the duration.

Forces target to attack the caster for a limited time.

Prevents leaving a designated area for a short period. Unstoppable skills end Tether.
