Heading over to Vanguard multiplayer, there’s plenty of festive activities. Armageddon Mode (previously Drop Zone) returns with teams fighting for control of marked areas to collect special present-themed Care Packages. Outside of Armageddon, players can encounter Elf Team Six hidden in the multiplayer maps. Take them down to earn Killstreaks, or watch them take you and your enemies down. Finally, Krampus will randomly spawn in matches and take out players not playing the objective. Those who own Call of Duty: Vanguard or purchase it before December 31 will get free 10 Battle Pass Tier Skips.

As for decorations, Shipment has been redecorated into Shipmas. It’s the same layout, but now adorned with snow, lights, and other festive decorations just waiting to be blown apart. There’s also some seasonal visual tweaks in game modes like Domination and Hardpoint. The Stalingrad home base in Zombies will also appear a bit more festive during the event.

Sledgehammer Games

Moving over to Warzone Pacific, Caledra is getting some festive Fir Trees. Marked on the map when dropping in, squads who hang within the tree’s zone for a period of time can spawn several Supply Boxes filled with cheer and Legendary items, or possibly even coal. Be wary of getting too much coal as Krampus is visiting both Caldera and Rebirth Island and he’s ready to hunt naughty Operators.

As with all events, Limited Time challenges and bundles. you’re able to complete challenges in both Vanguard and Warzone Pacific to unlock festive rewards and a special LMG blueprint. There’s also lots of holiday bundles available in the store.
