Throughout your adventures in the very abandoned park of Grounded 2, you will come across various creatures, environments and, of course, materials for you to use in crafting. One such food, one that’s high in source of vitamins and antioxidants, is blueberries. While you can use it as a food resource, its primary function is creating leather to improve certain aspects of your equipment, but finding this delectable treat in the wild is harder than you might think.

Retro Classics App Launches for Xbox Game Pass Users

Microsoft and Antstream Arcade have partnered up to create an app celebrating Activision classics.

Blueberry Location

One of the early game requirements to upgrade your axe is to obtain Blueberry Leather. By upgrading your Omni-Axe, you will be able to cut down more than your “basic plant life” and able to get into things such as hotdogs and stronger substances.

Unfortunately, blueberries are very hard to come by. They’re not as plentiful as the grass, and arguably one of the harder fruits to find in the world. Fortunately, there is one location in the world map that you’re able to go to get guaranteed blueberries.

It’s not like you’re going to find blueberries out in the wild, as they don’t naturally grow in the park, but if you use your head, you’ll quickly realize the best place to find these are in a place where humans normally would consume them. As you might expect, you’ll need to go to the picnic table to obtain these delicious berries.

The Longest Climb

Head to the northern region of the park, passing by the hotdog stand (Snackbar Front) and into the Picnic Table section of the map. Here, you will be confronted by so rather angry ants and spiders looking for an easy meal.

Sadly, the blueberries haven’t fallen to the floor, but instead are on the table itself. In order to climb the Picnic Table, you’ll have to go to the southwestern most part of the table where the cloth is draped down onto the ground. From here, you’ll be able to maneuver your way up to the seat level.

Here will be your first challenge, as there are numerous spiders roaming around, along with a mosquito. Don’t try and go across the spider-webbed bridge to just underneath the table, as you’ll be met by a large and very angry spider. Instead, when you get up, do a 180 underneath the cloth and follow the path. You’ll come across a large spider, but you should be able to avoid its gaze.

Instead of going up the webbing, head around to the left and cross the bat that’s conveniently placed in-between seats. This place is relatively safe to maneuver, but you’ll have to go into a cooler. This will inflict a chilling effect if you’re not properly bundled up, and if the bar reaches max, it will temporarily freeze you and deal a decent amount of damage. Truck through until you climb to the top of the cooler where you come out on the table’s top.

From here, you’ll want to go inside the lifted cloth where you’ll be met by medium-sized Orb Weaver spiders, and one big one that, at least in our game, was trapped under some plates. All around this area, though, are a ton of blueberries, more than you can carry home. Hack them into little pieces and bring them back to your base to craft Blueberry Leather.
